近年来，随着我国城镇化建设规模的不断扩大，市政工程项目数量也在不断增加。工程造价管理作为市政工程项目管理中的重要环节和内容，将会直接影响到市政企业整体经济效益，因此，寻求高效、先进的管理和控制方法对市政企业发展具有重要意义。文章聚焦市政工程设计与施工两大环节，分析了设计阶段和施工阶段工程造价的主要影响因素，在此基础上提出市政工程造价的控制方法和策略，旨在促进企业完善造价管理，提高市政工程造价控制的有效性，提升市政工程企业市场竞争力。
