摘要

公路改扩建工程施工期间，交通组织方案的科学化优化同施工速度以及道路通行安全有着直接联系。通过对已有的交通组织模式存在的问题进行系统的分析，根据不同的施工阶段道路的特征及交通需求，研究怎样在最大限度上减少对社会交通的影响，保证施工顺利进行。本文提出分阶段、分路段的交通组织方案，用仿真技术和数据评价的方法来验证其效果，从而达到施工和通行的平衡。科学的交通组织方案可以提高交通运行效率，保证道路交通安全和畅通，给类似工程提供可以借鉴的经验和实践依据。

Abstract

Rational optimization of the traffic organization plan during the construction and expansion of highways will directly affect the construction efficiency and safety of the roads. Based on all the current traffic organization models and considering changes in road conditions at various times during construction, this paper offers solutions to reduce the disturbance to the public and maintain the normal progress of construction. A multi-stage plan for traffic organization will be proposed in this paper, and based on simulation technology and data analysis, it will be confirmed that the balance between construction and traffic operation. A scientific traffic organization scheme can improve traffic operation efficiency, ensure road traffic safety and smoothness, and provide experience and practical basis for similar projects.
