摘要

针对光伏阵列输出受辐照度和温度影响、直流母线需升压稳压、并网电流需满足同步与谐波约束的问题,本文设计了由光伏阵列、Boost DC/DC变换器、直流母线、三相电压型逆变器、LC滤波器和电网组成的级联系统。前级以最大功率跟踪和母线电压稳定为目标调节占空比,后级在同步旋转dq坐标系下建立电流模型,并采用电压外环、电流内环、锁相同步和SPWM调制实现三相并网。通过Matlab/Simulink搭建分层模型,可验证光照变化、直流侧扰动和电网电压波动下的动态响应,为后续参数整定和硬件实现提供依据。

Abstract

A cascaded photovoltaic grid-connected system is designed with a PV array, Boost DC/DC converter, DC-link capacitor, three-phase voltage-source inverter, LC filter and utility grid. The front-end stage regulates the duty cycle according to MPPT and DC-link voltage requirements, while the inverter stage is modeled in the synchronous dq frame and controlled through an outer voltage loop, inner current loop, PLL synchronization and SPWM. The Simulink model is used to evaluate transient response under irradiation variation, DC-link disturbance and grid-voltage fluctuation.
