飞机制造工艺技术分类管理框架的搭建浅析

摘要

通过对传统飞机制造工艺技术管理模式和标准体系的分析,结合大型灭火/水上救援水陆两栖飞机全机工艺规范的工艺技术分类管理框架,分析介绍了分类分级框架搭建方法、意义和应用,并对工艺技术分类管理提升挑战和展望进行了阐述。通过飞机制造工艺技术分类管理框架的搭建,可以在型号工艺技术应用成熟度、可扩展性、可预研性、工艺技术标准化以及供应商扩源和精益制造管理方面有所提升,进一步推动大飞机机体结构和机载设备制造向智能化、集约化、标准化发展。

Abstract

Through the analysis of the traditional aircraft manufacturing process technology classification management model and standard system, combined with the process technology classification management framework of the full-configuration process specifications for AG600. This paper analyzes and introduces the methods, significance and application of the establishment of the management. Through the establishment of the aircraft manufacturing process technology classification management framework, it is expected to achieve improvements in the maturity of process technology application in models, scalability, pre-research ability ,standardization of process technology, and expansion of suppliers and learn manufacturing management, further promoting the development of large aircraft body structure and onboard equipment manufacturing towards intelligence, intensification, and standardization.
