摘要
电弧复合焊接技术在制造业中具有广泛应用,尤其是在复杂材料的连接中。本文探讨了电弧复合焊接工艺参数的优化方法,并研究了不同工艺条件对接头性能的影响。通过实验分析,确定了最优焊接参数组合,显著提高了焊接接头的力学性能和耐腐蚀性。焊接电流、焊接速度、保护气体流量等因素在一定范围内对接头的机械性能有重要影响。优化后的工艺不仅提高了生产效率,还确保了接头质量,满足了工业生产的高标准要求。

Abstract
Arc composite welding technology has been widely applied in manufacturing, especially in joining complex materials. This paper investigates optimization methods for arc composite welding process parameters and studies the influence of different process conditions on joint properties. Through experimental analysis, an optimal combination of welding parameters was determined, significantly improving the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the welded joints. Factors such as welding current, welding speed, and shielding gas flow rate have significant effects on the mechanical properties of the joints within certain ranges. The optimized process not only enhances production efficiency but also ensures joint quality, meeting the high standards required in industrial production.
