摘要
基于数字孪生的智能生产线动态优化系统旨在通过构建虚拟生产环境与真实生产线的高度映射,实现生产过程的实时监控、预测与优化。系统利用多源数据融合技术和先进的建模算法,对生产线运行状态进行精准仿真,并通过动态优化策略及时调整工艺参数与资源配置,从而提升生产效率、降低能耗并保证产品质量。研究重点在于数字孪生驱动的闭环优化机制、智能决策模型及其在复杂制造场景中的应用验证,推动制造业向高柔性与高智能化方向发展。

Abstract
The intelligent production line dynamic optimization system based on digital twin aims to realize the real-time monitoring, prediction and optimization of the production process by constructing a high mapping between the virtual production environment and the real production line. The system uses multi-source data fusion technology and advanced modeling algorithm to accurately simulate the operation state of the production line, and timely adjust the process parameters and resource allocation through dynamic optimization strategy, so as to improve production efficiency, reduce energy consumption and ensure product quality. The research focuses on the digital twin driven closed-loop optimization mechanism, intelligent decision-making model and its application verification in complex manufacturing scenarios, so as to promote the development of manufacturing industry in the direction of high flexibility and high intelligence.
