Abstract

The optimization of the layout of culture-tourism integrated formats in historical and cultural blocks is an important issue in current cultural heritage protection and tourism development. With changes in social demand, the integration of traditional culture and modern tourism can not only promote cultural inheritance but also enhance local economy and urban brand value. This paper explores the current situation and main problems of culture-tourism integration in historical and cultural blocks, analyzes the mechanism of coordinated development between cultural and tourism industries, and proposes an optimization plan based on market demand, cultural characteristics, and resource integration. Through case studies of different historical and cultural blocks, a series of feasible strategies are put forward to realize the sustainable utilization of cultural resources and the innovative development of tourism formats. Ultimately, this research aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the integration of culture and tourism in historical and cultural blocks across various regions.
