摘要
在工业4.0背景下,PLC与云端协同控制系统开发对于提升制造业智能化水平至关重要。本文分析了PLC与云端协同的必要性,指出其在数据采集、远程监控、设备协同及优化方面的重要作用。同时,探讨了开发过程中面临的关键技术挑战,包括数据传输与处理、网络安全、系统集成和实时性优化等。进一步提出了基于工业4.0的开发策略,涵盖系统架构设计、数据管理、网络安全、系统集成、实时性优化、标准与协议、测试与验证及人才培养等方面,旨在确保系统的高效、稳定和安全运行,推动工业自动化向智能化、网络化方向发展。

Abstract
In the context of Industry 4.0, the development of PLC and cloud collaborative control systems is crucial for enhancing the intelligence level of manufacturing. This paper analyzes the necessity of PLC and cloud collaboration, highlighting its significant role in data acquisition, remote monitoring, equipment coordination, and optimization. It also explores the key technical challenges faced during the development process, including data transmission and processing, network security, system integration, and real-time optimization. Furthermore, it proposes development strategies based on Industry 4.0, covering system architecture design, data management, network security, system integration, real-time optimization, standards and protocols, testing and validation, and talent cultivation. These strategies aim to ensure the efficient, stable, and secure operation of the system and promote the development of industrial automation towards intelligence and networking.
