摘要
输煤系统作为燃煤电厂的关键环节,其动力能耗水平直接影响整体运行效率与经济性。本文基于不同煤质特性对输煤系统的动力能耗进行建模分析,探讨煤的粒度、湿度、堆积密度等物理性质对输送过程能耗的影响机制。通过建立多元回归模型与实际运行数据验证,揭示煤质参数与能耗之间的定量关系,进而提出针对性的节能优化路径,为输煤系统的能效提升提供理论支持和实践指导。

Abstract
As a key link in coal-fired power plants, the dynamic energy consumption level of the coal handling system directly affects the overall operation efficiency and economy. This paper conducts modeling and analysis of the dynamic energy consumption of the coal handling system based on different coal quality characteristics, and explores the influence mechanism of physical properties of coal such as particle size, humidity, and bulk density on energy consumption during the conveying process. Through the establishment of a multiple regression model and verification with actual operation data, the quantitative relationship between coal quality parameters and energy consumption is revealed, and then targeted energy-saving optimization paths are proposed, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the energy efficiency of the coal handling system.
