3D 打印技术凭借独特的制造优势,为缓释片剂结构设计带来创新契机。研究聚焦于 3D 打印技术在缓释片剂结构设计中的应用,深入分析传统缓释片剂结构设计局限与 3D 打印技术的适配性。探讨通过 3D 打印实现复杂孔隙结构、梯度释药结构等特殊设计,优化药物释放速率与效果。阐述 3D 打印技术在材料选择、工艺参数控制对缓释片剂结构性能的影响。通过对 3D 打印缓释片剂结构设计的全面研究,为提升药物疗效、推动个性化给药提供理论与技术支撑。

Abstract
3D printing, with its unique manufacturing advantages, brings innovative opportunities to the structure design of sustained-release tablets. The research focuses on the application of 3D printing technology in the structure design sustained-release tablets, deeply analyzes the limitations of traditional sustained-release tablet structure design and the adaptability of 3D printing technology. The possibility of realizing complex pore structure, gradient drug release structure and other special designs through 3D printing is discussed, and the drug release rate and effect are optimized. The influence of 3D printing technology the structure performance of sustained-release tablets is expounded from the aspects of material selection and process parameter control. Through a comprehensive study on the structure design of 3D printed sustainedrelease tablets, theoretical and technical support is provided for improving drug efficacy and promoting personalized administration.
