摘要

轻型钢结构厂房因其施工便捷、成本较低,广泛应用于工业建筑中。檩条系统作为其重要承重构件,在风荷载作用下的响应特性直接影响结构安全与稳定性。本文以某典型轻型钢结构厂房为研究对象,系统分析檩条系统在不同风速和风向角下的受力特征,结合有限元模拟方法探讨其在极端风荷载条件下的动力响应规律。风荷载对檩条系统的弯矩、剪力及变形影响显著,尤其在迎风面与转角区域更为突出。通过优化檩条布置方式与截面形式,可有效提升整体抗风性能,为类似工程设计提供理论支持。

Abstract

Light steel structure factories are widely used in industrial buildings due to their convenient construction and low cost. As an important load-bearing component, the response characteristics of the purlin system under wind loads directly affect the structural safety and stability. This paper takes a typical light steel structure factory as the research object, systematically analyzes the force characteristics of the purlin system under different wind speeds and wind direction angles, and discusses its dynamic response laws under extreme wind load conditions by combining finite element simulation methods. Wind loads have significant effects on the bending moment, shear force, and deformation of the purlin system, especially in the windward surface and corner areas. Optimizing the arrangement and cross-sectional form of purlins can effectively improve the overall wind resistance performance, providing theoretical support for similar engineering designs.
