深入探讨非金属矿超细粉碎工艺参数与产品性能间的紧密关联。着重分析粉碎设备转速、进料速度、研磨时间等关键参数的动态变化,如何对产品粒度分布、比表面积、表面活性等核心性能产生影响,深度揭示参数调控规律。通过详实实验数据和严谨理论分析,系统提出优化工艺参数的有效方法,为大幅提升非金属矿超细粉碎产品质量提供坚实参考。

Abstract
A deep exploration of the close relationship between ultra-fine grinding process parameters and product performance in non-metallic ores. The focus is on analyzing the dynamic changes of key parameters such as the rotational speed of grinding equipment, feed rate, and grinding time. It examines how these parameters influence core properties like particle size distribution, specific surface area, and surface activity, revealing the underlying patterns of parameter regulation. Through detailed experimental data and rigorous theoretical analysis, effective methods for optimizing process parameters are systematically proposed, providing a solid reference for significantly improving the quality of ultra-fine grinding products in non-metallic ores.
