摘要
在数字化转型浪潮下，企业信息管理系统面临重构与优化的迫切需求。本文分析了数字化转型对企业信息管理系统的影响，探讨了系统重构与优化的策略，包括需求分析、架构设计、数据治理与流程优化，并通过案例分析验证其有效性。研究结果表明，重构与优化能够提升系统性能，增强企业竞争力，为数字化转型提供有力支撑。

Abstract
In the wave of digital transformation, enterprise information management systems face an urgent need for restructuring and optimization. This paper analyzes the impact of digital transformation on enterprise information management systems and explores strategies for system restructuring and optimization, including requirement analysis, architecture design, data governance, and process optimization. The effectiveness of these strategies is verified through case studies. The research findings indicate that restructuring and optimization can enhance system performance, boost corporate competitiveness, and provide strong support for digital transformation.
