摘要

在水资源供需矛盾尖锐的当下,提升利用效率迫在眉睫。水库调度优化模型综合考量来水不确定性、用水多元需求,以数学规划构建目标函数,运用智能算法求解最优策略。通过多源数据实时监测,动态调整调度方案。实例应用显示,其在农业节水增产、工业稳供提效、生活优质供水、生态涵养水源等领域成效斐然,切实减少弃水,增强供水保障,全方位提升水资源综合效益。

Abstract

In the face of acute water resource supply and demand contradictions, improving utilization efficiency is imperative. The reservoir scheduling optimization model comprehensively considers the uncertainty of incoming water and diverse water demands, constructing a target function through mathematical programming and employing intelligent algorithms to solve for optimal strategies. Through real-time monitoring of multi-source data, the scheduling plan is dynamically adjusted. Case studies show that it has achieved remarkable results in agricultural water conservation and increased production, stable industrial supply with improved efficiency, high-quality domestic water supply, and ecological water source conservation. It effectively reduces water wastage, enhances water supply security, and comprehensively improves the overall benefits of water resources.
