复杂环境下钢桁架安装过程中的变形监测与控制技术

摘要

钢桁架在复杂环境下的安装过程中,易因多种因素导致变形问题,影响结构安全与施工质量。本文针对复杂环境下钢桁架安装过程中的变形监测与控制技术展开研究。通过分析复杂环境因素对钢桁架变形的影响,建立变形监测体系,采用多种监测手段实时获取数据,并结合反馈机制进行变形控制。实践表明,该技术可有效减少变形,保障施工安全与质量,为类似工程提供参考。

Abstract

Steel trusses are prone to deformation issues during installation in complex environments due to various factors, affecting structural safety and construction quality. This paper focuses on the monitoring and control technology for deformation of steel trusses during installation in such environments. By analyzing the impact of complex environmental factors on truss deformation, a deformation monitoring system is established. Multiple monitoring methods are used to collect data in real-time, and a feedback mechanism is employed for deformation control. Practical experience shows that this technology can effectively reduce deformation, ensuring construction safety and quality, providing a reference for similar projects.
