摘要
针对高分子絮凝剂在工业污水处理中的应用,首先阐述絮凝剂在工业污水处理当中的应用现状,分析了各类高分子絮凝剂的应用特点。然后,通过对电镀厂、石油田和印刷厂产生的不同类型工业污水进行处理实验,结果表明FIO-C具有显著的絮凝效果。实验中,将季铵盐醚化剂与乙醇分散、氢氧化钠碱化处理,并在60℃条件下预加热2小时制备FIO-C。静置液上层清液检测结果显示,使用FIO-C处理后的污水中杂质含量显著降低,证明其在去除悬浮颗粒、胶体物质和有机污染物方面表现出优异性能。

Abstract
Regarding the application of polymer flocculants in industrial wastewater treatment, this article first elaborates on the current status of the application of flocculants in industrial wastewater treatment, and analyzes the application characteristics of various types of polymer flocculants. Then, through treatment experiments on different types of industrial wastewater generated by electroplating plants, oil fields, and printing plants, the results showed that FIO-C had significant flocculation effects. In the experiment, the quaternary ammonium salt etherification agent was dispersed with ethanol, treated with sodium hydroxide alkalization, and preheated at 60 ℃ for 2 hours to prepare FIO-C. The detection results of the upper clear liquid in the static solution showed that the impurity content in the wastewater treated with FIO-C was significantly reduced, proving its excellent performance in removing suspended particles, colloidal substances, and organic pollutants.
