油管制造工艺的数字化转型与改进策略

摘要

在全球制造业加速数字化进程的大背景下,油管制造行业也面临着从传统工艺向数字化转型的迫切需求。本文围绕油管制造工艺的数字化转型展开深入研究,详细介绍了转型过程中所涉及的数据采集与感知、工业互联网平台、人工智能等关键技术,以及如何构建虚拟模型实现虚实融合。同时,阐述了制定转型战略、分阶段推进、强化数据治理和构建数字化生态等实施路径。通过本文的探讨,旨在为油管制造企业提供一套系统的数字化转型方案,助力其提升生产效率、优化产品质量、增强市场竞争力,实现可持续发展。

Abstract

Against the backdrop of accelerating digitalization in the global manufacturing industry, the oil pipe manufacturing industry is also facing an urgent need to transform from traditional processes to digitalization. This paper focuses on the digital transformation of tubing manufacturing process, introduces in detail the key technologies involved in the transformation process, such as data acquisition and perception, industrial Internet platform, artificial intelligence, and how to build a virtual model to achieve the integration of virtual and real. At the same time, the implementation paths of formulating transformation strategies, phased promotion, strengthening data governance, and building a digital ecosystem were elaborated. Through the discussion in this article, the aim is to provide a systematic digital transformation plan for oil pipe manufacturing enterprises, helping them improve production efficiency, optimize product quality, enhance market competitiveness, and achieve sustainable development.
