永磁同步电机无位置传感器控制技术的稳定性改进措施

摘要

无位置传感器控制技术在永磁同步电机中的应用日益广泛,但其稳定性问题成为制约该技术进一步发展的关键因素。本文针对这一挑战,探讨了通过优化算法、改进硬件设计以及采用先进的信号处理技术来提升系统稳定性的方法。首先分析了现有技术的局限性,接着提出了一种基于模型预测控制的新型解决方案,以增强系统的动态响应和鲁棒性。实验结果表明,所提出的改进措施显著提高了系统的稳定性和性能,为实现更加可靠和高效的电机控制提供了新的思路。

Abstract

The sensorless control technology has been increasingly widely applied in permanent magnet synchronous motors. However, its stability issue has become a key factor restricting the further development of this technology. Aiming at this challenge, this paper explores the methods to improve the system stability by optimizing the algorithm, improving the hardware design, and adopting advanced signal processing techniques. Firstly, the limitations of the existing technology are analyzed. Then, a novel solution based on model predictive control is proposed to enhance the dynamic response and robustness of the system. The experimental results show that the proposed improvement measures significantly improve the stability and performance of the system, providing new ideas for achieving more reliable and efficient motor control.
