摘要

现阶段，随着我国社会经济发展及城镇化的不断深化，建筑行业也随之得到快速发展，建筑工程项目的数量及规模也不断扩大，其建设质量也愈发为人们所关注，而为保障建筑工程建设质量，就必须采取相应的措施与机制加强管理。而合同管理作为建筑工程招投标中的基础性内容之一，其涵盖了建筑工程的实际施工建设中的所有环节、流程与细节，而在合同管理中会对合同双方的权责义务进行明确，即在表明双方各自的责任与义务时，也对其权利与行为进行明确的约束，同时合同的合法性与合规性也是确保其中权责合法性的重要保障。而实际建筑工程的建设与施工作业开展也不能脱离合同管理的支持，而唯有在合同管理基础上不断强化自身风控能力，建筑建设单位乃至建筑行业才能得以稳健发展。

At the same time, the legality and compliance of the contract is also an important guarantee to ensure the legitimacy of rights and responsibilities. The actual construction and construction work can not be separated from the support of contract management, and only on the basis of contract management to continuously strengthen their own risk control ability, construction units and even the construction industry can be stable development.
