摘要
本文从建筑智能化和节能设计两个方面出发，探讨了它们的基本概念、关系、技术手段和实践案例，并分析了它们面临的问题和挑战以及未来的发展趋势。文章的研究对于促进建筑行业的可持续发展和提升建筑品质具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract
This paper from the building intelligent and energy saving design two aspects, discusses their basic concepts, relations, technical means and practical cases, and analyzes the problems and challenges they face and the future development trend. The research of this paper has certain reference value for promoting the sustainable development of the construction industry and improving the construction quality.
