摘要
在我国社会经济持续高速发展的形势下,国内电力需求也在不断攀升,人们对电能质量以及电网供应有稳定性提出了更为严格的要求,各大城市都在积极推进配电线路建设和改造工程,以此来有效提升供电能力。电力企业在开展日程配电网络检修的过程中经常会遇到10kV以下供电线路线损等一些问题,其中线路搭建不合理、供电线路设计不合理等问题较为突出,在此情况下10kV及以下供配电线路在运行过程中的线损问题始终无法得到有效控制。而本文在研究过程中则重点针对上述问题提出整合供电线路无功补偿分配、完善供电线路管理系统、强化计量工作等一些相应的应对措施,希望能够为我国进一步完善配电线路建设提供一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract
Under the situation of sustained and rapid development of China's social economy, domestic power demand is also rising. People put forward stricter requirements for power quality and stability of power grid supply. Major cities are actively promoting the construction and reconstruction of distribution lines to effectively improve power supply capacity. Power enterprises often encounter some problems such as line loss of power supply lines below 10kV in the process of carrying out scheduled maintenance of distribution networks, among which the problems such as unreasonable line construction and unreasonable design of power supply lines are more prominent. In this case, the clue problem of 10kV and below power supply and distribution lines in the operation process can not be effectively controlled. In the research process, this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures, such as integrating the reactive power compensation distribution of power supply lines, improving the management system of power supply lines, and strengthening the measurement work, aiming at the above problems, hoping to provide some reference for further improving the construction of power distribution lines in China.
