摘要
当今是信息技术快速发展的时代，信息技术革命给人们的生产生活带来了巨大的改变，全社会对信息技术的发展越来越重视。计算机软件开发工作是计算机技术的重要内容，这些年实现了快速的发展，但也存在一些问题，要采取有力的举措来解决推动计算机软件工程技术的发展。

Abstract
Today is the era of rapid development of information technology. The revolution of information technology has brought great changes to people's production and life. The whole society pays more and more attention to the development of information technology. The development of computer software is an important part of computer technology, which has achieved rapid development in recent years, but there are also some problems. We should take effective measures to solve and promote the development of computer software engineering technology.
