摘要

21世纪伊始，我国各地都在上演着“造城运动”，通过各种建设手段使中国城市的规模迅速扩大，而随着现代国际城市、数字都市、信息化社会和绿色生态都市等新兴概念城市建设的不断涌现和沿海开放都市建设的迅速发展，都给中国都市规划与建设提供了方向。都市之间的共同协调、共享与发展等问题将日益重要，已成为所有企业和市民们共同关心的热点话题。尤其是，在以可持续发展构建和谐社会的新时代，中国城市的建筑事业获得了前所未有的成功，可是在建筑事业创造繁华的同时，却产生了许多令人堪忧的社会问题。在此时，处理好城市规划和建筑事业之间的关系就显得尤为重要。

Abstract

At the beginning of the 21st century, our country is staged the "city movement", through a variety of construction means to make the scale of the Chinese city rapidly expanding, and with the modern international city, digital city, information society and green ecological city emerging concepts of urban construction and the rapid development of coastal open city construction, provides the direction for China's urban planning and construction. The common coordination, sharing and development between cities will become increasingly important, and it has become a hot topic of common concern to all enterprises and citizens.
