摘要

自改革开放以来，尤其是随着国民经济的日益提高，广大人民群众在享受水利工程建设所给予他们生活上方便的同时，也越来越的意识到在水利基本建设和城市生态文明工程建设上存在的缺陷。开始注重水利的生态化建设。社会要求水利生态化建设的声音也愈来愈高涨，因此本文主要围绕着水利生态建设，讲述了编者们对水利生态化建设的基本认识。

Abstract

Since the reform and opening up, especially with the increasing improvement of the national economy, the broad masses of the people are enjoying the convenience of the water conservancy project construction to them, but also more and more aware of the defects in the water conservancy capital construction and urban ecological civilization project construction. Start to pay attention to the ecological construction of water conservancy. The voice of social requirements for ecological water conservancy construction is also becoming more and more high, so this paper mainly focuses on water conservancy ecological construction, and tells the editors' basic understanding of water conservancy ecological construction.
